1. ACCESSTRADE service content

ACCESSTRADE is an affiliate service. It is the service, when you place an advertisement provided by ACCESSTRADE on your homepage, etc., and meet the performance conditions set by the advertiser such as product sales, document request, membership registration, etc. via the advertisement, that advertising performance fees from the advertiser through ACCESSTRADE will be made.

The following terms shall have the following meanings:
“Internet users”
shall mean persons who will access the Publisher Site and be transferred to the Advertiser Site by way of clicking on a link to an advertisement placed by the Advertiser on the Publisher Site.

“Publisher”
shall mean a person or entity that intends to receive advertisement fees through the Company by placing certain advertisements designated by the Advertiser on a website in order to lead Visitors to the Advertiser Site.

“Publisher Site”
shall mean a website operated and managed by a Publisher that is registered by the Publisher for the Services.

“Advertiser”
shall mean a person or entity that applies for ACCESSTRADE pursuant to the manner designated by the Company and intends to lead Visitors to the Advertiser Site by placing its own advertisements on the Publisher Site.

“Management screen”
shall mean a dedicated webpage to be provided by the Company to the Publisher and Advertiser in connection with ACCESSTRADE.

Participants in ACCESSTRADE, publisher, and advertisers are requested to make efforts to protect personal information. Regarding the handling of personal information we recommend that you publish the privacy policy on the site and use third-party certification such as privacy mark and TRUSTe.

1-1. Use of services for children

Affiliate service, by its very nature, assists advertisers in their advertising activities, so its members must be 18 years old or older. Persons under the age of 18 cannot register as a member or use ACCESSTRADE.

2. Why we collect personal information

5-2. Collecting information from mobile device

ACCESSTRADE acquires the following information from the device through a program called SDK when delivering advertisements for smartphone apps, etc. Installation referrer, device name, brand name, manufacturer name and OS version number, app package name, cookies and tracking UID generated by us.

These are used for the purpose of measuring startup confirmation and advertisement distribution when using the application, and as statistical data during product development. It will be important information for operating ACCESSTRADE.
The above information is related to privacy, so we will pay close attention to it and manage it with confidentiality.

Since our SDK does not collect information other than the above, even when the application collects it, ACCESSTRADE cannot collect privacy information such as the usage status of the device and possessed information such as address book and history from the device.
Please check with the app operating company (development company) for the purpose of using the information collected by the app.

6. Provision to a third party

ACCESSTRADE will not provide personal information to third parties without the consent of the individual.
However, if there is an order or request for disclosure based on the law from an administrative agency, a judicial agency, or an investigative agency, we will disclose it without the consent of the person.

ACCESSTRADE is committed to protecting the privacy of our publishers. ACCESSTRADE will never forward, sell or rent your publisher's personal information (email address, name, address, phone number, etc.) to a third party. 7. Entrustment of personal information

Registration data

1. The registration data will be used only for payment of compensation for 3 months including the month of withdrawal. When the publisher withdraws, the ACCESSTRADE registration data will be changed so that it cannot be used for ACCESSTRADE.

2. The registration data will be managed by the person in charge of personal information for one year from the time of withdrawal, and will not be available to our employees.

3. The above registration data will be managed by the person in charge of personal information for up to one year from the time of withdrawal in order to handle tax processing, and the data will be deleted after the lapse of that period.

4. Data related to results excluding registered data will be stored and maintained as transaction record data for a certain period of time.

5. We will use and retain the registration information of forced withdrawals and sites that we have determined to be fraudulent to prevent re-enrollment.
